  • Provide property condition advice & outline costing for potential repair and refurbishment of existing facilities
  • Search & appraise existing properties across North West region as potential relocation options
  • Search & appraise new build/design & build options across North West region
  • Identify exit strategies for existing locations and create route plans to realise redevelopment opportunities where possible

  • Full project management of complex property issues over 4 year period
  • Establish milestone project action plan & essential information to support Client Group Executive Board financial decision process for £12million capital expenditure
  • Assemble and lead project implementation team to deliver primary property requirements 2001-2003
  • Negotiate & secure design & build new state of the art 106,000sqft production & head office facility in St Helens
