FPS PRICING POLICY

Each instruction will be priced on a case by case basis.

Whenever possible clients will be offered a fixed price proposal in writing which will include standard FPS terms & conditions.

Work on behalf of a client can only proceed upon receipt of a signed written client authority and acceptance of FPS terms and conditions.

FPS will focus upon a need to confidence in value for money, advice generating cost savings and/or productivity/profit generating gains.

Potentially open ended advisory services will be charged on a time spent basis, albeit presented as priced menu of service options open to client selection to limit or extend the scope of service and generate a fixed fee basis upon which an initial instruction can proceed.

Project based work involving some aspect of contractor/delivery team management will be based upon a % of capital expenditure; initial advisory work is likely to be costed and charged on a separate fee basis.
