and assertive facilitator who can introduce new ways of working
and communicate across varied job functions in rapidly changing
organisations where the quality of customer service coupled with
delivery to budgets are crucial.
Guy has 19 years of commercial experience offering Property Solutions
his Clients. Often this engages Guy in complex organisational problems
bringing his specialised market knowledge to put in place a route
map to satisfy in full the Clients requirements.
A Chartered Building Surveyor and Project Manager by training,
Guy also has extensive senior organisation management experience
at Director Level in national Commercial Consultancy and PLC environments.
Guy started in the construction industry as an Assistant Surveyor
in 1987 working for Bernard Thorpe, London.
|

which has been achieved working in highly challenging environments
across the UK, progressively taking on senior roles and responsibilities
up to Regional Director of Building & Development Services
in private commercial practice.

The focus for Guy is centred on listening
to his Clients and supporting their organisation by providing
a flexible and appropriate service.

wireless and broadband communication providers assisting closely
with the complex project management in the rapid growth of their
network infrastructures.

In today's fast changing workplace Guy's
ICT knowledge is invaluable in supporting his Clients organisational
needs.
|
Effective application of ICT to property issues and organisational
problem solving is now a critical success across the board.

within the ICT sector. Guy anticipates the majority of the FPS Client
base will seek to develop and sustain long term framework organisational
relationships based upon transparent shared risk and returns.

Long term organisation relationships are
the key to organisation success so putting the partnering
philosophy into every aspect of working with FPS Clients is
essential to the whole approach.
