Freeman Property Solutions Ltd has extensive experience in providing project management services for key Clients on a nationwide basis. We have the in-house capability to take any project from inception to completion and where applicable provide the Client with future maintenance and legal advice. In addition to providing Project Management skills, FPS have the capacity to act in the role of Employers Agent advising our Clients on their responsibilities during the procurement process and where applicable will form the key point of contact with a Client as part of a technical team designed to suit the individual project.

FPS employees have a wide scope of experience and as a result can provide excellent advice on the feasibility of all projects. Whether you are looking to extend or alter an existing property or procure a brand new development, FPS could provide you with construction, space and legal advice in addition to working drawings. We have the ability to provide such advice as a result of a full survey or should the scheme still be in the design phase FPS would be delighted to give further input through a desktop study that will enable the Client to reduce overall costs and meet statutory legislation.
Many modern projects will require the involvement of numerous professionals such as Structural Engineers, Quantity Surveyors, Mechanical and Electrical experts and other industry professionals, FPS have the capability to provide you with a single point of contact that will bring together a full design and technical team to procure the overall construction process.
FPS offer a high quality Project Monitoring service that can give our Clients the peace of mind that a scheme is being carried out efficiently, legally and accurately.
Our involvement with a variety of differing areas of construction has ultimately involved FPS using the full range of JCT Contracts, in addition to bespoke packages. This therefore, allows us to advise the Client on the most appropriate form of contract for the procurement of their project. FPS can offer full Contract Administration as part of any Project Management schemes we are involved in or, can offer independent Contract Administration should the Client decide to appoint there own contractor.
Whether a Client is considering the refurbishment of a Listed Building or the fit out of a new city centre office, FPS can provide a tailor made service that can offer advice on designs, space planning, fabric and materials etc. Once the Client is happy they have the necessary designs and plans, FPS can reduce their responsibilities by producing the tender documents, obtaining competitive prices, completing the works and where required provide life cycle costing’s and maintenance advice.
Not only does FPS have the competency to provide project management services for refurbishment, maintenance and fit out schemes, we also provide advice on the procurement of new build activities. These services range from providing advice on possible sites to completing the project to a Clients needs.
In order to ensure a building’s longevity it is essential that regular maintenance is carried out to prevent the deterioration of its structure and fabric. FPS can provide the resources required to achieve a high level of maintenance whether it is of a reactive nature or as a result of a Planned Preventative Maintenance schedule, either way FPS will ensure that you maximise the life cycle of your property.
As a business grows it is to be expected that a companies special requirements will increase, however, it isn’t always feasible to relocate, FPS can provide advice on extending your existing premises in order to maximise your resources and can ultimately carry the works through to completion.
FPS also has extensive knowledge of carrying out DDA Adaptations on both Residential and Commercial properties. This allowed for a better standard of life for many of our Residential Clients and provided our Commercial Clients with a more inclusive property, in most instances fully inclusive premises can have a direct positive impact on a company’s reputation and turnover.
